Where Every Athlete Belongs
Safe, accessible sports programs for children and adults with physical and cognitive challenges in Victoria and The Crossroads area.
- "Everyone plays. No one gets cut."
Our Mission
A Place to Play, A Community to Belong
Challenge Athletes Dream Complex provides a safe, handicapped-accessible facility where athletes with physical and cognitive challenges can participate in sports alongside their families.
Our specially designed field welcomes wheelchairs and walkers. Our community welcomes everyone. Whether your loved one is 6 or 60, there is a place for them here.
- This is more than a league. This is family.
What We Do
Programs for Every Ability
Youth Programs
Run in partnership with the YMCA, giving kids with challenges a chance to learn sports, make friends, and just be kids. Spring season registration opening soon.
Adult League
Adults with cognitive and physical challenges play baseball every spring and fall. Thursday practices. Saturday games. Real teams. Real fun.
Special Events
From wheelchair baseball tournaments to community game days, we host events that bring athletes and families together from across the region.
- "Here, you sit in the stands with families who truly understand."

"My daughter, Lexi, is intellectually disabled and physically disabled having a hemiparesis on her left side. This disability left her out of sports in high school. She graduated high school with only one friend and without the ability to work full time or go to college or trade school. Her first year was socially miserable as she did not have any activities to fill her days, so she began "acting out" discipline-wise. We found out about CADC, and Lexi wanted to give it a try. She has met so many new friends and enjoys the softball practices and games. This league has given her confidence, and the positive adults who volunteer are so encouraging. She now has friends who are on her same emotional and intellectual level and looks forward to softball season all year long. CADC has changed Lexi's life for the better."

"I am proud that my special needs son is a part of the Challenged Athletes Dream Complex. Everyone participates, everybody wins and everyone is respected. The volunteers are amazing and truly selfless in all that they do for these athletes.
A truly great organization!"

Started by Parents, Built by Community
In 2007, a group of parents with challenged children had nowhere to practice. No field. No league. No place that truly fit their kids.
So they built one.
Through grants, donations, and countless volunteer hours, Challenge Athletes Dream Complex became a reality. Today, that same spirit drives everything we do.
